What is the Weaver Properties web site?

    This web site has been created to introduce you to the Trust of Thomas R. Weaver, Jr. who designated St. Jude Children's Research Hospital as the sole beneficiary of the proceeds from the sale of the rental properties he owned in Springfield, Missouri, in his last will and testament.  Our goal is to advertise the sale of these properties by providing this information in a web based format.


What properties are for sale?

    All the properties for sale belong to the Trust of Thomas R. Weaver, Jr., and are located in Springfield, Missouri.  The properties were owned by Mr. Weaver, who was the sole proprietor of his rental property company for over 40 years.


  
Will all the proceeds from the property sales go to St. Judes?

    All monies remaining in the Trust Account of Thomas R. Weaver, Jr. when the property liquidation has been completed will be turned over to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.  Until such time as the Trust is closed out, all proceeds will be used to continue the operation of the rental property business, as well as payment of any and all expenses related to the maintenance of the Trust.  Our goal is to sell these properties at current market prices as quickly as possible in order to ensure St. Judes receives as much money from the Trust as possible...this is why we have chosen to advertise these properties on the World Wide Web.

Are commissions being offered for the sale of these properties?

    As these properties are not listed with any real estate agent or broker, and the proceeds of the sale of this real estate are to benefit the Trust beneficiary, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Trustee IS NOT offering real estate commissions.  Brokers and Agents are welcome to bring buyers, however, your commissions must be acquired through your buyer(s).
