The "Potential Annual Expense to Income Breakdown" information was created with gross annual figures from the previous year end totals. This information is provided to give you a basic idea of what the gross income and expenses for each property could be. It is not a guarantee of income, nor of expenses.
The "Status" of each property is that which has been recorded at the beginning of the current calendar year, and may or may not reflect the actual occupancy status as of today's date.
